You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. We are unable to process any returns requested after this period has passed, so please contact us promptly if you have any concerns about your order.
We only accept returns on items that are completely new and unused. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging with every accessory, tag, and document included. We do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or are missing any original components. Only new items are eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. You will need to arrange and pay for your own return postage using a trackable carrier of your choice. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are pleased to let you know that we charge no restocking fees on any returned items.
To kick off your return, drop us an email at support@bissanboo.com with your order number and the reason you'd like to return. Our team will review your request and get back to you with a return authorization along with instructions on where and how to send your item back. Once you've received your authorization, pack everything securely in the original packaging and ship it using a trackable service.
Once your returned item arrives with us, we'll carry out an inspection to confirm it meets our return criteria. If everything checks out, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may take a little additional time to reflect the amount on your statement.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Any product falling under this category will be clearly marked as non-returnable in its product listing before you make your purchase.
